This place is simply amazing! Atmoshpere 100%. Drinks choice 100%. Now we get to service and food! That is on another level. We were explained the whole menu by Wesley, I believe the manager took really good care of us. His professionalism and passion for every dish made me hungry itself. Once we chose dishes, they started to slowly to pour in, letting us enjoy every and one. Guacomole made in front of us by him was surreal. And it was tasty! Another dish was served with fog of surprise (dry ice), very eye catchy and belly satisfying. Main dish... Picanha... medium rare... never had better medium rare in my life! Cheff Juliana is great! (She actually came to see us after we were happy with her dishes, I, myself felt privileged to talk to main cheff). Tacos and side corn on cob were also different to what you think is standard "Tacos" & "Corn on cob". Well worth the money you leave behind. I can only recommend. For me; I will go there every time I visit Glasgow!!!
We tried the monthly special of Chilean food. We were not disappointed. It was delicious. We tried the Cazuela, Chupe, and the dessert. In general it was bit more spicy than real Chilean food but tasty none the less. We hope it repeats in the future.
We went as a group of 3 friends, and had the most amazing night. Kristina was amazing from start to finish. She was so attentive and friendly and even embarrassed us with a birthday celebration. Food was amazing and cocktails fab. Thoroughly recommended.
Genuinely one of the best meals I've had in Glasgow. It made it feel like you were eating in an abuela's kitchen. The food was so authentic and I couldn't fault a single thing. The service was outstanding and in particular Murray stood out for taking the time to talk to us and give us recommendations (shout out to the Ojo de Dios Mezcal). Everything was faultless and I can't wait to come back again. Thanks for everything.
Amazing BBQ Sunday. So much delicious food. Staff service outstanding. Beautiful setting. Such a treat. Lovely cocktails to start and a digestif to finish with.
Our second time at El Santo and I can definitely confirm that the place is amazing. We booked a table for my birthday and Shradha (thank you again) our server was fantastic, she even brought a little treat for me. The rodizo was really good, meat was fresh and tasty and cooked perfectly. Will definitely be back
Amazing restaurant. We went on a Thursday so nice level of busy for a friend catch-up, apparently more party atmosphere at the weekend. Ordered the chefs menu, lots of delicious dishes to share, all focused on flavour over heat. The 'made at the table' guac and the chicken main were excellent, as was the house red. Little pricey, but reflects the quality of the food and (lovely) service. Will go again.
Gifted a margarita’s and taco day and Arthur the bar manager was simply outstanding ! Food was amazing but the real gift was Arthur’s knowledge. Thanks for a great day
